高职院校生态课堂的构建

The Construction of Ecological Classroom in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育是在高等职业院校中进行相应的教学活动,根据其自身的目标和人才培养模式解决人员培训的具体任务的场所。高职院校是建设具有教学质量的高等职业教育项目的主体,对于促进高等职业教育的健康发展和实施高等职业教育的内涵建设起着关键作用。但是,当前高等职业课堂中的许多问题变得越来越明显,甚至成为高职院校危机的集中体现和主要原因,限制甚至阻碍了高职院校教学的质量和建设。本文利用生态学的相关理论来分析高等职业院校的现状和生态系统问题,客观地分析问题的性质,研究有效解决这些问题的途径和解决方案。

Higher vocational education is a place to carry out corresponding teaching activities in higher vocational colleges,and solve the specific tasks of personnel training according to its own objectives and personnel training mode.Higher vocational colleges are the main body of constructing higher vocational education projects with teaching quality,which play a key role in promoting the healthy development of higher vocational education and implementing the connotation construction of higher vocational education.However,many problems in the current higher vocational classroom become more and more obvious,and even become the concentrated embodiment and main reason of the crisis in higher vocational colleges,which limits and even hinders the quality and construction of teaching in higher vocational colleges.In this paper,the relevant theories of ecology are used to analyze the current situation and ecosystem problems of higher vocational colleges,objectively analyze the nature of the problems,and study the effective ways and solutions to these problems.
