Research on the Teaching Reform of the Individualized Personnel Training of Computer Major in Higher Vocational Education Based on Big Data

大数据时代的到来,为计算机行业提供了更多的发展机遇,用人单位对人才需求的多样性促使高职院校向个性化人才培养转变。本文就大数据在高职计算机专业教学的应用中存在的问题进行分析,针对个性化人才培养探讨教学改革方法,不断推进人才培养质量的提升,向社会输送更多适应社会发展的计算机人才。

The arrival of big data era provides more development opportunities for the computer industry,and the diversity of talent demand of employers makes higher vocational colleges change to personalized talent training.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of big data in the teaching of computer specialty in higher vocational education,discusses the teaching reform methods for the cultivation of personalized talents,continuously promotes the improvement of the quality of personnel training,and transports more computer talents to the society to adapt to the social development.
