摘要
创新思维训练测试效果显著,但缺乏长期效果,究其原因是创新思维训练与实践脱节。这要求对思维训练与实践的全过程透明化管理。TEC框架是包含创新思维全过程即思维目标选定、思维发散再到思维收敛的工具。TEC与5分钟思维法结合可构成创新思维的训练路径;思维工具的选用与使用的TEC过程则建构成创新思维的实践路径。
The innovative thinking training test has a significant effect,but lacks long-term effects.The reason is that the innovative thinking training is out of touch with practice.This requires transparent management of the whole process of thinking training and practice.The TEC framework is a tool that includes the entire process of innovative thinking,that is,the selection of thinking goals,the divergence of thinking,and then the convergence of thinking.The combination of TEC and the 5-minute thinking method can constitute a training path for innovative thinking;the TEC process for the selection and use of thinking tools builds a practical path for innovative thinking.
