高职机电专业承担着为生产、管理、技术服务第一线培养专业技术人才的重任。从高职学生的特点及机电专业教师的岗位职责分析入手,探讨对高职机电专业教师素质与能力的要求,总结出提升专业教师素质与能力的几点措施,有助于推动相关专业的建设与发展。

The school of mechatronics in a higher vocational institute undertakes the task of training professional and technical talents for the first line of production,management and technical services.Starting from analyzing the characteristics of higher vocational students and the job responsibilities of teachers,this paper discusses the requirements for the educators in teaching mechatronics related subjects in higher vocational school,and summarizes several measures to improve the quality and ability of professional teachers,which is helpful to enhance the development of related majors.
