摘要 大学教师群体逐渐年轻化,青年教师已然成为大学发展的中坚力量,大学青年教师在思想上更加具有时代性,在思维上更加活跃,在知识更新速度上更快,因此,为了适应现代高校的教学模式和理念,青年教师的自身专业能力要不断提高。 The group of university teachers is becoming younger and younger,and the young teachers have become the backbone of the development of the University.The young university teachers are more contemporary in thinking,more active in thinking and faster in knowledge updating.Therefore,in order to adapt to the teaching mode and concept of the modern university,the professional ability of the young teachers should be constantly improved.
