College counselors in their career will experience such stages as adaptation period,growth period,burnout period,mature and stable period.In this process,they will inevitably encounter many difficulties.It is important to get through the difficulties for external reasons,but it is the counselors themselves that play a decisive role.College counselors are like a football player,they treat their work like a football match.To win a game,they need to overcome the panic of ability and break through difficulties one by one in learning,innovation and practice.
