大学日常管理与大学生综合能力培养——试比较英国诺丁汉大学与国内大学管理模式差异

大学生日常管理是保障大学运行的重要方面之一,它是大学维持大学正常教学秩序和培育大学生综合能力的必需举措。在科学与技术的发展日飞猛进的今天,如何通过日常管理促进培养具有创新性、社会责任感和独立思考的新型人才是高校教师值得思考的问题。本文分析了国内大学与英国诺丁汉大学在大学生安全管理、生活管理和教学学习管理等方面的差异,提出了在大学生日常管理的改革措施,为今后国内大学制定大学生日常管理规则时提供有益的参考。

The daily management of college students is one of the important aspects to ensure the operation of the University.It is a necessary measure to maintain the normal teaching order and cultivate the comprehensive ability of college students.With the rapid development of science and technology,how to promote the cultivation of innovative,social responsibility and independent thinking talents through daily management is a problem worthy of consideration.This paper analyzes the differences between domestic universities and University of Nottingham in the aspects of safety management,life management and teaching and learning management,and puts forward the reform measures for the daily management of college students,so as to provide a useful reference for domestic universities to formulate the daily management rules for college students.
