莫沙必利联合乳果糖治疗慢性功能性便秘的效果及对患者肛门直肠动力的影响

Effect of mosapride combined with lactulose on chronic functional constipation and its influence on anorectal motility of patients

目的分析莫沙必利联合乳果糖治疗慢性功能性便秘的效果及对患者肛门直肠动力的影响。方法 122例慢性功能性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组61例。对照组以莫沙必利治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上联合使用乳果糖口服治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的肛门直肠动力以及临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者直肠静息压、最大收缩压、最大耐受量、直肠顺应性、直肠最低敏感量均优于治疗前,且治疗组患者最大耐受量、直肠顺应性、直肠最低敏感量改善程度大于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率95.08%高于对照组的75.41%,不良反应发生率3.28%低于对照组的21.31%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性功能性便秘中联合使用莫沙必利和乳果糖可以改善患者肛门直肠动力,促进胃肠消化,恢复排便功能,效果良好安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of mosapride combined with lactulose on chronic functional constipation and its influence on anorectal motility of patients.Methods A total of 122 patients with chronic functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated by mosapride,and the treatment group was treated by lactulose orally on the basis of the control group.The anorectal motility before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,rectal resting pressure,maximum systolic pressure,maximum tolerable dose,rectal compliance,minimum rectal sensitivity of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the maximum tolerable dose,rectal compliance,minimum rectal sensitivity of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 95.08%of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group 75.41%,and incidence of adverse reactions 3.28%was lower than that of the control group 21.31%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of mosapride and lactulose can improve the anorectal motility of patients with chronic functional constipation,promote gastrointestinal digestion,and restore bowel function.It has good effects and high safety,and is worthy of application.
