二甲双胍片与达英-35配合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of metformin tablets and Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的分析二甲双胍片与炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(商品名:达英-35)配合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法 68例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各34例。对照组采用达英-35单独治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合二甲双胍片治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的内分泌激素[促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)]水平,治疗前后的血糖、血脂和胰岛素[包括空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)]水平,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的70.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的LH、FSH、T水平均低于对照组, E2水平高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TC水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组FBG(4.30±0.03)mmol/L、FINS(9.41±3.52)mU/L、TG(1.63±0.34)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.25±0.52)mmol/L均低于对照组的(6.45±1.86)mmol/L、(12.62±3.41)mU/L、(2.04±0.12)mmol/L、(2.96±0.60)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为14.71%,与对照组的11.76%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍片与达英-35配合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果良好,可有效改善患者的内分泌激素水平和血糖、血脂水平,不良反应发生率较低,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metformin tablets and ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets(trade name:Diane-35)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 68 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome patients were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Diane-35,and the observation group was treated by metformin tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,endocrine hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T)]levels before and after treatment,blood glucose,blood lipids and insulin[including fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting insulin(FINS)]levels before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 91.18%,which was higher than that of the control group 70.59%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH and T of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and E2 level was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TC level between the two groups(P>0.05).FBG(4.30±0.03)mmol/L,FINS(9.41±3.52)mU/L,TG(1.63±0.34)mmol/L and LDL-C(2.25±0.52)mmol/L of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(6.45±1.86)mmol/L,(12.62±3.41)mU/L,(2.04±0.12)mmol/L and(2.96±0.60)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 14.71%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with that of the control group 11.76%(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin tablets and Diane-35 show good effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,which can effectively improve the endocrine hormone,blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients.The incidence of adverse reactions is low and the safety is high.It is worthy of promotion.
