常年性变应性鼻炎免疫治疗效果的影响因素分析

Influencing factors of immunotherapy for perennial allergic rhinitis

目的探究常年性变应性鼻炎舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗效果的影响因素。方法 125例常年性变异性鼻炎患者,均实施舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,观察患者的治疗效果及一般资料(年龄、性别、病情、病程、哮喘史、舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗时间等),分析治疗效果的影响因素。结果 125例患者经过治疗,显效20例,有效65例,无效40例,治疗总有效为85例(68.00%)。总有效患者和无效患者的年龄、病程、哮喘史、病情、舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效患者和无效患者的性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、哮喘史、舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗时间是常年性变应性鼻炎舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗效果的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论常年性变应性鼻炎患者实施舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗具有显著治疗效果,且治疗效果影响因素包括年龄、哮喘史、舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗时间。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of sublingual administration of dermatophagoides farinae drops for perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 125 perennial allergic rhinitis patients all treated by sublingual administration of dermatophagoides farinae drops.The therapeutic effect,general data(age,gender,disease condition,disease course,asthma history,duration of sublingual administration of dermatophagoides farinae drops)was observed,and the influencing factors of therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results After treatment,20 cases were markedly effective,65 cases were effective,40 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 85 cases(68.00%).There was statistically significant difference in ages,course of disease,asthma history,condition,and duration of sublingual administration of dermatophagoides farinae drops between effective and ineffective patients(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in gender between effective and ineffective patients(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,asthma history,and duration of sublingual administration of dermatophagoides farinae drops were the influencing factors for the therapeutic effect of perennial allergic rhinitis(P<0.05).Conclusion Sublingual administration of dermatophagoides farinae drops shows remarkable effect for patients with perennial allergic rhinitis,and the factors affecting the therapeutic effect include age,asthma history,and duration of sublingual administration of dermatophagoides farinae drops.
