腺样体切除术联合克拉霉素治疗小儿鼻窦炎的疗效及对患儿生活质量的影响

Efficacy of adenoidectomy combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of pediatric sinusitis and its influence on the quality of life of children

目的研究分析小儿鼻窦炎应用腺样体切除术联合克拉霉素治疗的临床效果以及对患儿生活质量的影响。方法 90例小儿鼻窦炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。两组患者均进行常规方式治疗,对照组患儿应用克拉霉素进行治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联合腺样体切除术进行治疗。对比两组患儿临床治疗效果、鼻内镜评分、鼻窦CT评分以及生活质量评分。结果观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿鼻内镜评分(2.02±0.38)分以及鼻窦CT评分(3.95±0.83)分均明显优于对照组的(2.93±0.39)、(5.23±1.06)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿总体健康、心理状态、社会功能、生理机能评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿鼻窦炎治疗中,应用腺样体切除术联合克拉霉素治疗具有显著效果,治疗总有效率更高,患儿鼻内镜评分以及鼻窦评分情况更加优异,同时能够显著改善患儿生活质量,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of adenoidectomy combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of pediatric sinusitis and its influence on the quality of life of children.Methods A total of 90 children with sinusitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional methods.Children in the control group were treated with clarithromycin,and children in the observation group were treated with adenoidectomy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,nasal endoscopy score,sinus CT score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment 93.33%of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nasal endoscopy score(2.02±0.38)points and sinus CT score(3.95±0.83)points of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(2.93±0.39)and(5.23±1.06)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall health,mental state,social function,physiological function score of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric sinusitis,the application of adenoidectomy combined with clarithromycin has a significant effect,and the total effective rate of treatment is higher.The children's nasal endoscopy score and sinus score are more excellent,and the quality of life of children can be significantly improved.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
