摘要
目的探究丹参多酚酸盐联合法舒地尔治疗肺源性心脏病(肺心病)合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。方法 34例肺心病合并糖尿病患者,采用电脑随机数字法分为对比组和研究组,每组17例。对比组采用二甲双胍联合格列吡嗪进行治疗,研究组采用丹参多酚酸盐联合法舒地尔治疗。对比两组患者不良反应发生情况以及动脉血气指标、全血粘度。结果研究组不良反应发生率35.29%略高于对比组的23.53%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者的氧分压为(78.2±8.2)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),血氧饱和度为(91.2±4.6)%,二氧化碳分压为(55.7±6.6)mm Hg,全血粘度为(4.2±0.8)m Pa·s,均优于对比组的(69.3±7.4)mm Hg、(82.6±5.3)%、(64.8±6.7)mm Hg、(5.1±0.9)mPa·s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺心病合并糖尿病患者采用丹参多酚酸盐联合法舒地尔治疗,能够更好的对肺心病与糖尿病进行临床治疗,对动脉血气指标与血粘度也有明显的改善作用,在实际临床中的整体运用价值较高,应该在实际临床中进行推广运用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danshen Duofensuanyan combined with Fasudil in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 34 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and research group by computer random numerical table,with 17 cases in each group.The control group was treated by metformin combined with glipizide,and the research group was treated by Danshen Duofensuanyan combined with Fasudil.The occurrence of adverse reactions and arterial blood gas index and whole blood viscosity were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions 35.29%of the research group was a little higher than that of the control group 23.53%,but the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Partial pressure of oxygen,blood oxygen saturation,partial pressure of carbon dioxide and whole blood viscosity of the research group was(78.2±8.2)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),(91.2±4.6)%,(55.7±6.6)mm Hg and(4.2±0.8)mPa·s,which was better than that of the control group(69.3±7.4)mm Hg,(82.6±5.3)%,(64.8±6.7)mm Hg and(5.1±0.9)mPa·s,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen Duofensuanyan combined with Fasudil can better treat pulmonary heart disease and diabetes mellitus,and also significantly improve arterial blood gas indicators and blood viscosity.The overall application value is relatively high,and it should be promoted and used in actual clinical practice.
