子午流注法指导耳穴压豆对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的临床研究

Clinical study of Ziwu Liuzhu method in guiding auricular points plaster therapy for gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨子午流注法指导耳穴压豆对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的临床研究。方法 100例进行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的住院患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者术后采用常规耳穴压豆法按压治疗,观察组患者术后采用子午流注法指导耳穴压豆法按压治疗。比较两组肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间、胃肠不适发生情况以及治疗后24、48 h腹胀程度、舒适度评分。结果两组住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后24、48 h,观察组患者的腹胀程度评分均低于对照组,舒适度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的胃肠不适发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注法指导耳穴压豆对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的临床效果明显,有助于缩短排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及排便时间,缓解腹胀并提高患者的舒适度,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Ziwu Liuzhu method in guiding auricular points plaster therapy for gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 100 inpatients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional auricular points plaster therapy,and the observation group was treated by auricular points plaster therapy guided by Ziwu Liuzhu method.The recovery time of bowel sounds,exhaust time,defecation time,hospitalization time,occurrence of gastrointestinal discomfort,abdominal distension and comfort score 24 and 48 h after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,exhaust time,defecation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 and 48 h after treatment,abdominal distension score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and comfort score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort of the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than that of the control group 14.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular points plaster therapy guided by Ziwu Liuzhu method shows obvious clinical effect for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery,which helps to shorten the exhaust time,bowel sounds recovery time and defecation time,relieve abdominal distension and improve the comfort of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
