药学服务结合新型家庭支持对114例糖尿病患者血糖及用药依从性的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of pharmaceutical care combined with new family support on blood glucose and medication compliance of diabetes mellitus patients

目的探讨药学服务结合新型家庭支持对糖尿病患者用药依从性及血糖控制的影响。方法 114例糖尿病患者,按病例号间隔抽样分为干预组(56例)和对照组(58例)。对照组实施常规用药治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上给予药学服务结合新型家庭支持护理6个月。比较治疗前后两组患者用药依从性及血糖水平的变化。结果治疗后,干预组空腹血糖(FBG)、2 h后血糖(2 h PBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平分别为(7.68±1.22)mmol/L、(9.03±2.12)mmol/L、(6.22±2.22)%低于对照组的(9.24±2.22)mmol/L、(11.14±5.12)mmol/L、(8.34±1.11)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组在治疗3、6个月末用药依从性好的占比分别为51.79%、60.71%明显高于对照组的24.14%、18.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程临床药学服务结合新型家庭支持可提高患者用药依从性,有效控制血糖,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To discuss the influence of pharmaceutical care combined with new family support on blood glucose and medication compliance of diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 114 cases of diabetes mellitus patients were divided into intervention group(56 cases)and control group(58 cases)by case number interval.The control group was treated with conventional medication,and the intervention group was given pharmaceutical care combined with new family support care based on the control group for 6 months.The medication compliance and blood glucose changes before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the intervention group was(7.68±1.22)mmol/L,(9.03±2.12)mmol/L and(6.22±2.22)%respectively,which was lower than that of the control group(9.24±2.22)mmol/L,(11.14±5.12)mmol/L and(8.34±1.11)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 and 6 months after treatment,medication compliance rate was 51.79%and 60.71%respectively,which was obviously higher than that of the control group 24.14%and 18.97%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole clinical pharmaceutical care combined with new family support can improve patients’medication compliance and effectively control blood glucose,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
