Discussion on the Pathogenesis of Cardiovascular Disease Based on the Theory of Collaterals Theory and Yingwei Theory

本文以脉络学说中孙络与微血管的高度相关性为基础,以营卫理论中"营卫由络以通,交会化生"为理论指导,结合营卫之气作用的现代医学阐述,探讨营卫理论在部分心血管疾病发病及病理机制中的作用,提出"营卫的交会化生异常贯穿心血管事件链发生始终"的观点,对于心血管疾病的防治研究具有参考价值.

Based on the high correlation between tertiary collaterals and microvascular in the collaterals theory, with Yingwei’s "opening by collaterals, intersecting and generating" as the theoretical guidance, combined with the modern medical elaboration of Yingwei, this paper discusses the role of Yingwei theory in the morbidity and pathological mechanism of some cardiovascular disease, and puts forward to the view that the abnormalities of "Yingwei’s intersecting and generating" runs through the occurrence of the cardiovascular event chain, is of reference value to the study of the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
