补肺养心汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Bufei Yangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Failure

目的探讨补肺养心汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果.方法回顾分析2018年6月—2019年6月收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者120例,按治疗方式分对照组(60例接受西药治疗)和研究组(60例在西药治疗基础上接受补肺养心汤治疗),比较治疗状况,如疗效、中医症状积分、心功能指标等.结果研究组总有效率95.00%高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05).治疗前2组症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组面肢浮肿、胸胁作痛、气短、心悸等症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前2组心功能指标差异小(P>0.05),治疗后研究组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组(P<0.05).结论在常规西药基础上给予中医补肺养心汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭,对患者心功能、疾病症状、疗效等方面的作用均更为突出.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bufei Yangxin decoction on coronary heart failure.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to treatment method,they were divided into the control group of 60 cases treated with western medicine and study group of 60 cases received Bufei Yangxin decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment.The treatment conditions,such as efficacy,TCM symptoms integral,and cardiac function indexes,etc.was compared.Results The total curative effect of the study group was 95.00%which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The difference in symptom scores between groups before treatment was small(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of facial limb edema,chest pain,shortness of breath,palpitations and other symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The differences in cardiac function indexes between the groups before treatment were small(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while LVEDD and LVESD in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of coronary heart failure,if the traditional Chinese medicine Bufei Yangxin decoction is given on the basis of conventional western medicine,the effect on heart function,disease symptoms and curative effect of the patients is more prominent.
