益肾活血方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood Recipe in Treating Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的观察益肾活血方对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能及相关指标的调节效果.方法回顾性分析2018年10月—2019年8月就诊的70例慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式的不同,分为对照组(常规治疗,35例)、观察组(常规治疗+益肾活血方,35例).检测2组肾功能[血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、白蛋白(ALB)]、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平.结果治疗前,2组Scr、BUN、ALB水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组Scr、BUN水平均下降,且观察组下降幅度更大;2组ALB水平均上升,且观察组上升幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,2组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显下降,且观察组下降幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者应用益肾活血方治疗,可促使hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著降低,改善肾功能,使患者受益.

Objective To observe the regulating effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood recipe on renal function and related indexes in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from October 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group of 35 cases(conventional treatment) and observation group of 35 cases(routine treatment and tonifying kidney and activating blood recipe). Renal function [blood creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), albumin(ALB)], hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α levels were measured in both groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Scr, BUN, and ALB levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of Scr and BUN in the two groups decreased, and the decline in the observation group was greater. The ALB of the two groups increased, and the increase in the observation group was greater, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α were compared between the two groups, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α decreased significantly in the two groups, and the decline was even greater in the observation group, and there had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The tonifying kidney and activating blood recipe can significantly reduce the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α, and improve renal function and benefit patients.
