复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗对肺癌患者免疫功能及VEGF、MMP-9水平的影响

Effect of Compound Kushen Injection Assisting Radiochemotherapy on Immune Function and VEGF,MMP-9 Levels in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的探讨复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗对肺癌患者免疫功能及VEGF、MMP-9水平的影响.方法将收治的晚期肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,2组均给予常规放化疗治疗,观察组加用复方苦参注射液治疗.治疗后比较2组近期疗效、免疫功能指标及VEGF、MMP-9水平以及不良反应情况.结果观察组治疗后总缓解率、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+值、IgG、IgE水平均显著高于对照组,VEGF、MMP-9水平以及不良反应恶心呕吐、腹泻或便秘、骨髓抑制的发生率均显著低于对照组,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论复方苦参注射液辅助放化疗可显著提高肺癌患者的免疫功能,降低血清VEGF、MMP-9水平以及不良反应的发生率,对治疗近期疗效有积极影响.

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Kushen injection assisting radiotherapy and chemotherapy on immune function and VEGF and MMP-9 levels in patients with lung cancer.Methods The patients with advanced lung cancer treated were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with compound Kushen injection.After treatment,the short-term efficacy,immune function indicators,VEGF,MMP-9 levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8+ratios and IgG,IgE levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of VEGF,MMP-9 and adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,diarrhea or constipation,and bone marrow suppression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compound Kushen injection-assisted radiotherapy and chemotherapy can significantly improve the immune function of patients with lung cancer,reduce serum VEGF,MMP-9 levels and the incidence of adverse reactions,and have a positive impact on the short-term efficacy of treatment.
