穴位注射联合核心区训练对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响

摘要 目的探究鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合核心区训练对脑卒中后运动功能障碍的疗效.方法将脑卒中患者180例随机分为3组:A组为核心区训练组,B组为鼠神经生长因子穴位注射组,C组为鼠神经生长因子穴位注射联合核心区训练组,每组60例.3组均在常规治疗的基础上进行,每次20 min,每日1次,每周6次,连续治疗4周.治疗前后进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NHISS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)和日常生活能力评分(MBI).结果治疗后,3组的NHISS、FMA及MBI评分均较治疗前改善.C组治疗后NHISS、FMA及MBI评分的改善情况显著优于A组和B组(P<0.05);B组治疗后NHISS评分变化优于A组(P<0.05),A组治疗后FMA评分变化优于B组(P<0.05),2组治疗后MBI评分无显著差异(P>0.05).结论鼠神经生长因子局部注射联合核心区训练能有效改善脑卒中患者运动功能,提高日常生活能力. Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF)combined with core area training on post-stroke motor dysfunction.Methods 180 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into three groups:group A(core area training group),group B(acupoint injection of mNGF)and group C(core area training combined with acupoint injection of mNGF group).Each group had 60 cases.All groups were treated with conventional treatment.The treatment last for 20 minutes each time,once a day,6 times a week for 4 weeks.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NHISS),Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Score(FMA),and Daily Living Ability Score(MBI)were assessed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the NHISS,FMA and MBI scores of the three groups were better than before.The NHISS,FMA and MBI scores in group C was significantly improved than group A and group B(P<0.05).The NHISS score in group B was significantly improved than that group A(P<0.05).The FMA score in group A was significantly changed than that group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MBI score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The mNGF combined with core area training and core area training can effectively improve the motor function of stroke patients their daily living ability.
