康复护理联合中药熏蒸、自我推拿对肩周炎患者肩关节功能的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Self-massage on the Shoulder Joint Function in Patients with Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的探讨康复护理联合中药熏蒸、自我推拿在肩周炎患者中的应用效果.方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年12月接受治疗的肩周炎患者(120例)的临床资料,根据临床干预方案的不同分为对照组(康复护理,60例)与观察组(康复护理+中药熏蒸、自我推拿,60例).2组均连续干预3周,对比2组干预前后疼痛程度、肩关节功能.结果干预后,2组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于干预前,且与对照组相比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,2组Neer肩关节功能评分均高于干预前,且与对照组相比,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复护理联合中药熏蒸、自我推拿干预肩周炎患者效果显著,利于减轻患者疼痛程度,促进肩关节功能恢复.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and self-massage in patients with periarthritis of shoulder.Methods The clinical data of patients with periarthritis of shoulder(120 cases)treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(rehabilitation nursing,60 cases)and observation group(rehabilitation nursing Chinese medicine fumigation,self massage,60 cases)according to the different clinical intervention programs.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks.The degree of pain before and after intervention and to observe the function of shoulder joint before and after intervention was compared.Results After intervention,the visual effects,the simulated scoring method(VAS)scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of shoulder joint function in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and self-massage can relieve the pain and promote the recovery of shoulder function.
