中医护理临床路径对四肢骨折手术患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响

The Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing Pathway on the Pain Degree and Quality of Life of Patients with Limb Fracture Operation

目的探讨中医护理临床路径对四肢骨折手术患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响.方法将2017年6月—2019年2月收治的130例四肢骨折手术患者,随机分为2组,各65例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医护理临床路径,比较2组疼痛程度、生活质量、护理满意度.结果与术日当天相比,2组术后第1天、第3天、出院当天疼痛评分逐渐降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与护理前相比,2组护理后FACT评分均升高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组总护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医护理临床路径干预四肢骨折手术患者应用效果较好,可缓解患者疼痛程度,提高其生活质量及护理满意度.

Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway on the pain degree and quality of life of patients underwent limb fracture operation.Methods 130 cases of limb fracture surgery patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical pathway.The pain degree,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the day of operation,the pain score of the first day,the third day and the day of discharge in the two groups decreased gradually,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups had higher FACT scores after nursing,the FACT of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway has a good effect on patients with limb fracture operation,which can relieve the pain degree of patients,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
