辨证护理在手术室防范护理纠纷中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Preventing Nursing Disputes in Operating Room Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的分析中医护理在手术室护理中的应用以及对医患纠纷产生的影响.方法选取2016年8月—2018年6月于接受手术治疗的患者140例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组70例,对照组患者予以常规围术期及术中护理;观察组患者在围术期及术中接受中医护理,比较2组患者术后护理纠纷发生情况、患者满意度及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组术后护理纠纷发生率低于对照组,患者满意度调查高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).2组患者术后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论对接受手术的患者,在围术期及术中接受中医护理模式可降低术后护理纠纷发生率,提高患者在院期间的满意程度,且具有一定的安全性.

Objective To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in operating room and the ion nursing dispute cases.Method A total of 140 patients underwent surgery from August 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing at perioperative and operating duration.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing at perioperative and operating duration.The incidences of nursing dispute,satisfaction and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Result The incidences of nursing dispute in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients underwent surgery,traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode at perioperative and operating duration can reduce the incidence of postoperative nursing disputes,improve the satisfaction degree of patients in the hospital,and has a certain degree of safety.
