摘要
作为天然气生产过程中副产物—含汞污泥的量近年来一直持续增加,污泥中汞及其化合物含量均较高,已成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文深入分析了气田含汞污泥减量化过程中汞的存在方式、分布规律及稳定性。实验发现汞稳定化减量处理后干泥中总汞含量与汞捕捉药剂和汞稳定化药剂加入量成正比,减量化过程汞有轻微损失。经汞捕捉药剂和汞稳定化药剂反应后,污泥样品中主要汞形态为硫化汞。药剂可将易迁移态的Hg0、HgCl2转化为稳定态的HgS、HgO。稳定化减量后污泥的总汞浸出毒性明显减少,汞以稳定形式存在。稳定化减量污泥在不同环境中的稳定性关系为:酸性<碱性<中性。
Mercury sludge is a by-product of producting natural gas,and its total amount has been continuously increasing in recent years.The concentration of mercury and its compounds is very high in sludge.Mercury sludge has become an urgent problem.This article analyzed the existence,distribution and stability of mercury in the process of reducing sludge.The experiment found that the total mercury content in the dry sludge,which mercury was stabilized and reduced treatment,was proportional to the dosage of mercury-capture-agent and mercury-stabilization-agent,and there was a slight loss of mercury during the reduction process.After the reaction between the mercury-capture-agent and mercury-stabilization-agent,the main form of mercury,in the sludge,was mercury sulfide sample.The agent could convert the Hg0 and HgCl2,which are easily migrated,to the stable HgS and HgO.After stabilization and reduction,the total mercury leaching toxicity of sludge was significantly reduced,and mercury was present in a stable form.The stability relationship,in different environments,of stabilized and reduced sludge was:acidic<alkaline<neutral.
