一种荧光材料合成工艺优化

Optimization of Synthetic Process for one Fluorescent Material

摘要 在氮气保护下蒽醌、金属粉末、相转移催化剂、水、卤代丁烷、碱溶液“一锅法”合成最终产物9,10-二丁氧基蒽醌,利用HPLC检测确定各步中间体转化率,考察反应温度,反应时间,碱浓度,金属粉末组成对最终产物的影响。结果表明:在合适的反应温度,碱用量,反应时间和金属粉末组成下,蒽醌反应转化率可达到99.5%以上。 Under the protection of nitrogen,anthraquinone,metal powder,phase transfer catalyst,water,halogenated butane and alkali solution were synthesized into the final product 9,10-dibutylanthraquinone in a one-pot method.HPLC was used to determine the conversion rate of intermediates in each step.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,alkali dosage and metal powder composition on the final product were investigated.The results show that the conversion rate of anthraquinone reaction can reach more than 99.5%under suitable reaction temperature,alkali concentration,reaction time and metal powder composition.
