试论化工设备升级改造和节能技术

On Chemical Equipment Upgrading and Energy-saving Technology

化工行业的设备升级直接影响企业的生产效率。化工行业属于能源消耗型产业,产生的污染也较为严重。在我国积极倡导的可持续发展战略下,就需要化工企业积极推动设备的升级和改造,加强对设备节能技术的研究。在优化化工设备,增强节能性能的基础上,进一步提高化工企业的生产效率,尽早实现我国化工企业节能减排的目标。本文主要分析了化工企业设备升级改造和技能技术研究的相关问题,重点阐述了化工企业如何改造生产设备实现节能减排目标的,如下表述。

Equipment upgrades in the chemical industry directly affect the production efficiency of enterprises.The chemical industry is an energy-consuming industry,and the pollution generated is also relatively serious.Under the sustainable development strategy actively advocated by my country,it is necessary for chemical companies to actively promote the upgrading and transformation of equipment and strengthen the research on equipment energy-saving technologies.On the basis of optimizing chemical equipment and enhancing skills and performance,the production efficiency of chemical enterprises will be further improved,and the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction of my country’s chemical enterprises will be achieved recently.This article mainly analyzes the related problems of equipment upgrading and technical research of chemical enterprises,and focuses on how chemical enterprises can transform production equipment to achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction goals,as shown below.
