摘要
本文主要分析了煤矿胶带运输机的机电一体化改造,因为随着时代的发展,胶带运输机运用于煤矿行业的范围也越来越广泛。在矿井运煤的过程中,皮带机支撑架托辊时经常会因为受到大块石头的高速冲击而造成,因为皮带架发生倒塌进而导致运煤的过程中断。针对于这一问题,相关的技术人员对于胶带运输机进行了机电一体化的改造,使得皮带更加稳定,大块矸石与煤块将给各卸载点处皮带支撑架托辊带来高速冲击,导致运煤因皮带架倾倒而中断,继而无法实现机电一体化生产。结合这一实践生产问题,本文对胶带运输机的机电一体化改造问题展开了分析,对运输机的卸载点皮带架进行了改造,从而增强皮带架稳定性,在为块煤率提升提供保障的同时,确保设备的正常、安全运行,增加设备开机率,减少皮带架与托辊更换频率,以实现机电一体化生产本文将分别从改造原理,改造方案等方面来细化阐述煤矿胶带运输机机电一体化改造流程。
This paper mainly analyzes the electromechanical integration transformation of belt conveyor in coal mine.With the development of the times,the belt conveyor is more and more widely used in coal mine industry.In the process of coal transportation in mines,the belt frame often collapses due to the high-speed impact of large stone,thus leading to the interruption of coal transportation.In view of this problem,the related technicians have carried out electromechanical integration transformation on the belt conveyor,which makes the belt more stable.Large pieces of gangue and coal will bring high-speed impact to the idler of belt support frame at each unloading point,which will cause coal transportation to be interrupted due to the dumping of belt frame,and then the mechatronics production cannot be realized.Combined with this practical production problem,this paper analyzes the mechatronics transformation of belt conveyor,and transforms the belt frame at the unloading point of conveyor,so as to enhance the stability of belt frame,ensure the normal and safe operation of equipment while providing guarantee for the improvement of lump coal rate,increase the startup rate of equipment and reduce the replacement frequency of belt frame and idler,so as to realize mechatronics production.This paper will elaborate the electromechanical integration transformation process of coal mine belt conveyor from the aspects of transformation principle and transformation scheme.
