计量检定机构职能的问题与对策研究

随着我国社会的不断进步,我国重要的职能机构——事业单位也面临着改革,计量检定机构作为履行政府法制计量职能的主要机构也面临着职能的调整与改革问题。随着我国经济的高速发展,经济全球化的趋势越来越明显,在这样的外部经济条件下,我国的计量检定工作也面临着新的问题。从我国沿用的传统计量检定器具来看,大多数传统的器具已经不能适应时代发展的需求,而且随着校准市场的崛起,现代人也越来越接受校准市场的相关内容,但是在法律层面,校准市场中的某些细节部分却没有得到法律的支持,因此,我国计量检定机构的职能问题研究已经成为了当前社会工作中突出的问题,本文将从我国现有的法律体制和社会体制入手,对计量检定机构职能的相关问题进行深入地分析,并结合当前时代发展的趋势,对提高计量检定机构职能效力的对策进行了重点的研讨与分析。

With the continuous progress of our society,the important functional institutions of our country——public institutions are also facing reform.As the main institution performing the legal measurement function of the government,the measurement and verification institutions are also facing the problem of function adjustment and reform.With the rapid development of the economy in China,the trend of economic globalization is becoming more and more obvious.Under such external economic conditions,the measurement and verification work in China is also facing new problems.From the perspective of the traditional metrological verification instruments used in our country,most of the traditional instruments have not been able to meet the needs of the development of the times.And with the increasingly fierce calibration market,modern people are more and more accepting of the relevant contents of the calibration market.But at the legal level,some details of the calibration market are not supported by the law.Therefore,the research on the functions of China's metrological verification institutions has become a prominent problem in the current social work.This paper will start with the existing legal system and social system of our country,analyze the related problems of the functions of metrological verification institutions,and combine with the current trend of the development of the times,discuss and analyze the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the functions of metrological verification institutions.
