基于MATLAB的化工叶轮精密制造工艺尺寸计算

摘要 化工叶轮是化工机械中的主要工作零件,叶轮质量将直接影响生产效率。化工叶轮的制造常常因为焊接工艺尺寸的错误导致废品率增高,化工叶轮的精密制造决定了化工机械的精密程度,化工机械的生产也代表着国家的制造能力和水平。本文就化工叶轮的精密生产工艺尺寸进行计算和分析,建立化工叶轮精密生产工艺尺寸模型,利用MATLAB软件编程进行求解计算,对计算结果进行分析验证,有效控制焊接工艺尺寸,提高合格率。 Chemical impeller is the main working part of chemical machinery,the quality of impeller will directly affect the production efficiency.The manufacturing of chemical impeller often leads to the increase of reject rate because of the wrong welding process size.The precision manufacturing of chemical impeller determines the precision of chemical machinery,and the production of chemical machinery also represents the national manufacturing capacity and level.In this paper,the precision production process size of chemical impeller is calculated and analyzed,and the precision production process size model of chemical impeller is established.The calculation is solved by MATLAB software programming,and the calculation results are analyzed and verified.The welding process size is effectively controlled and the qualification rate is improved.
