蔬菜产供销全产业链利润及其分配机制研究

Study on the Profit and Distribution Mechanism of the Whole Industry Chain of Vegetable Production Supply and Marketing

产供销全产业链化的背景下,蔬菜生产、配送和销售一体化的利润分配方式对降低成本、减少浪费、提高利润、降低经营风险有着重要意义。以蔬菜生产、配送和销售三个环节构成的产业链为基础,研究蔬菜生产商、配送商和销售商在不同情形下的总利润,探讨成本利润率最大化条件下的总利润分配机制,提出基于成本投入量的产供销三方总利润分配方案。运用博弈论研究发现产供销一体化的全产业链可能产生信用危机,并提出解决方案。

In the context of the whole industrial chain of production,supply and marketing,the integrated profit distribution method of vegetable production,distribution and sales is of great significance to reduce costs,reduce waste,improve profits and reduce business risks.Based on the simplified industrial chain consisting of three links of vegetable production,distribution and sales,this paper studies the total profit of vegetable producers,distributors and sellers under different circumstances,discusses the total profit distribution mechanism under the condition of maximization of cost profit margin,and proposes the total profit distribution scheme of production,supply and marketing based on cost input.By using game theory,it is found that the whole industrial chain of three-party integration of production,supply and marketing may generate credit crisis,and put forward solutions.
