摘要
随着商业环境开放性与复杂性的持续提升以及制造商贸业对物流服务数字化、网络化、自动化和智能化的要求,物流企业重竞争、轻合作的战略管理理念已无法应对产业环境和用户需求的巨大变化。战略规划问题成为影响和制约第三方物流企业健康发展的短板。文章从商业生态系统的视角出发,以F国际物流公司为例对其生态系统战略的制定、实施策略和路径进行研究。主要结论:第三方物流企业应从“协同进化”或“整体共赢”角度,以商业生态环境分析为基础,以战略定位、战略取舍、战略配称为战略制定的重要环节,以竞合机制构建、平台建设、企业文化培育、专业人才队伍打造、生态位拓展为保障措施,构建发展战略分析框架,在商业生态系统动态平衡中寻求协同发展,实现与其他产业联动共赢。
With the continuous improvement of the openness and complexity of the business environment and the requirements of the manufacturing and commerce industry for the digitalization,networking,automation and intelligence of logistics services,the strategic management concept of focusing on competition and ignoring cooperation of logistics enterprises has been unable to cope with the huge changes of the industrial environment and user demand.Strategic planning has become a short board that affects and restricts the healthy development of the third-party logistics enterprises.From the perspective of business ecosystem,this paper takes F international logistics company as an example to study the formulation,implementation strategy and path of its ecosystem strategy.The paper argues that in order to seek coordinated development in the dynamic balance of the business ecosystem and achieve win-win linkage with other industries,the frame of development strategy analysis process should be constructed from the perspective of“co evolution”or“overall win-win”,based on the analysis of business ecological environment,with strategic positioning,strategic choice and strategic rationing as the important links of strategic formulation,with the construction of competition and cooperation mechanism,platform construction,corporate culture cultivation,professional team building and niche expansion as the guarantee measures.
