供应商竞合关系及演化——需求方的调节作用

The Suppliers Co-opetition Relationship and Evolution--Moderating Effect of the Buyer

供应商作为供应链的源头,其与其他供需企业的关系是供应链管理中的重要环节。以包含两个供应商和一个需求企业的供应链为研究对象,建立考虑供应商间竞争因素、合作因素以及需求方影响的供应商竞合关系模型,分析不同竞合关系下,需求方策略对系统演化以及供应商发展的调节作用。研究表明,需求方策略可以改变供应商发展的最终规模值以及两供应商的存在状态,一定范围内提高有效合作或降低不利竞争有利于供应商的发展。

As the source of a supply chain,supplier and its relations on other suppliers and buyers are the important segment of supply chain management.Take a supply chain composed of two suppliers and one buyers as the research objected,this paper introduces the competitive factors,cooperative factors and the buyer's impact factors to build the supplier's co-opetition model.Through the stability analysis and evolution simulation,the system evolution under different co-opetition relationship and buyer strategy is studied.It focuses on the impact of buyer's strategy on supplier development.This study shows that the buyer strategy can change the final value of the supplier's size and the status of the supplier.
