摘要
为合理评价地铁驾驶员工作绩效,促进人岗匹配,文章从驾驶员职业适应性、组织关系适应性、工作负荷、工作满意度、个性特征5个维度20个指标出发,基于结构方程模型(SEM)建立地铁驾驶员工作绩效评价模型,并应用SEM—拉开档次法确定指标体系综合权重系数,为科学合理地评估驾驶员工作绩效奠定理论基础。
In order to reasonably evaluate subway driver's work performance and promote job-post matching,this paper starts from 20 indicators in five dimensions:driver occupational adaptability,organizational relationship adaptability,workload,job satisfaction,and personality characteristics,establish a metro driver's work performance evaluation model based on structural equation model(SEM),and apply the SEM-scatter degree method to determine the comprehensive weight coefficient of the index system,which lays a theoretical foundation for scientific and reasonable evaluation of the driver's work performance.
