基于满意度分析的厦门市大学生校园快递物流服务优化

Study on the Optimization of University Campus Express Logistics Service in Xiamen

文章以厦门市在校大学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查和实地访谈的方式对校园快递物流服务满意程度展开调查,调查结果显示其主要存在代收点多而散、服务人员专业素养不高、缺少个性化增值服务等问题,并提出了几点优化策略,以期更好地提高厦门市大学生校园快递服务质量和服务满意度。

Based on the survey of college students in Xiamen,this paper investigates the satisfaction degree of campus express logistics service by means of questionnaire survey and field interview.The survey results show that there are many collection points and scattered,the professional quality of service personnel is not high,and there is a lack of personalized value-added service,and puts forward some optimization strategies for achieving a better quality of campus express service for university students in Xiamen.
