基于PEST分析的绿色物流发展对策研究

Research on Development Countermeasures of Green Logistics Based on PEST Analysis

文章运用PEST模型分析法,从政治环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境四个方面分析了绿色物流发展的机遇,以及其存在的诸如政府监管力度不足、企业研发资金紧张、群众绿色理念普及不够、复合型人才稀缺等问题,并从政府、企业和消费者三个层面提出相应对策建议,希望能为绿色物流发展提供一些有益参考。

This paper uses PEST model analysis method to analyze the development opportunities of green logistics from the four aspects of political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment,as well as its existing problems,such as insufficient government supervision,shortage of enterprise research and development funds,insufficient popularization of green ideas among the public,and shortage of compound talents.And the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the government,enterprises and consumers,in order to provide some useful references for the environmental logistics.
