摘要
伴随海洋经济的快速发展和国民饮食结构的不断改善,对于海产品的消费需求日益增加,加强海产品供应链协同机制研究具有客观必要性。论文以协同理论为基础,剖析了海产品供应链协同的内涵,分析了海产品供应链协同运作的机制,基于战略维度、管理维度、操作维度构建了海产品供应链协同模型,进而阐述了海产品供应链协同模型下各环节的实施要点和相关对策建议。
With the rapid development of marine economy and the continuous improvement of national diet structure,the consumer demand for seafood is increasing,so it is necessary to strengthen the study of seafood supply chain coordination mechanism.Based on the theory of collaboration,this paper analyzes the meaning of seafood supply chain collaboration and the mechanism of seafood supply chain collaboration.It builds a seafood supply chain collaborative model based on strategic dimension,management dimension and operation dimension,and then elaborated the seafood supply chain coordination model of the various aspects of the implementation of key points and related countermeasures and suggestions.
