摘要
针对实际仓储物流系统中的货位优化问题,结合实践教学要求,设计了一种基于西门子S7-1200PLC的智能仓储物流实训平台。该系统集成了步进电机位置控制、PLC控制、触摸屏监控组态、货位优化和管理系统应用监控等先进技术。通过采用遗传算法进行货位优化应用分析,验证了所设计实训系统的实用性和货位优化算法验证的可行性,为培养学生的实践能力和解决货位优化等问题提供了良好的实践平台。
Aiming at the problem of location optimization in the actual storage logistics system,combined with the practical teaching requirements,an intelligent storage logistics training platform based on Siemens S7-1200PLC is designed.The system integrates advanced technologies such as stepper motor position control,PLC control,touch screen monitoring configuration,location optimization and management system application monitoring.By using genetic algorithm to analyze the application of location optimization,the practicability of the designed training system and the feasibility of location optimization algorithm are verified,which provides a good practice platform for training students'practical ability and solving the problems of location optimization.
