Vocational education should serve the needs of industrial development,and to make the school professional chain,talent chain and industrial chain to achieve efficient and effective docking,should establish the professional dynamic construction adjustment mechanism of vocational education.This paper analyzes the logistics management professional chain and the logistics industrial chain,and explores the dynamic mechanism theory and practical problems of docking industrial chain of logistics management professional chain,so as to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents and meet the needs of the logistics industry transformation and upgrade.
