摘要
目的:探讨二维超声联合四维超声对产前胎儿心脏畸形的诊断价值。方法:选择某院于2016年4月~2018年4月期间接收的产前行超声检测的孕妇1425例作为研究资料,以引产和分娩结果为准,回顾性分析单纯二维超声检查和二维超声联合四维超声检查对胎儿心脏畸形的检出率、准确率。结果:经单纯二维超声检出率为2.46%、准确率63.64%,均显著低于二维超声联合四维超声检出率3.79%、准确率98.18%(P<0.05)。结论:产前胎儿心脏畸形检查极为重要,而单纯二维超声诊断难以全面检出,且准确率较低,而二维超声联合四维超声则可进一步提高检出率和准确率,诊断价值较高,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal fetal cardiac malformation.Methods:A total of 1,425 pregnant women who received prenatal ultrasound testing in a hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research data,and the results of labor induction and delivery were taken as the standard.The detection rate and accuracy rate of fetal heart malformation by simple two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The detection rate of simple two-dimensional ultrasound was 2.46%,and the accuracy was 63.64%,which were significantly lower than the detection rate and the accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound(3.79%,98.18%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal fetal cardiac malformation examination is extremely important,and the simple two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis is difficult to fully detect,and the accuracy is low,while the two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound can further improve the detection rate and accuracy,with high diagnostic value,which is worthy of promotion.
