彩色多普勒血流显像超声对流产后继发绒毛膜癌诊断的应用探讨

Application of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in the Diagnosis of Secondary Choriocarcinoma after Abortion

目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像超声对流产后继发绒毛膜癌诊断的应用效果。方法:选取2016年3月~2019年3月某院收治的流产后继发绒毛膜癌患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组应用人绒毛膜促性腺激素测试方案进行诊断,研究组在对照组的基础上应用彩色多普勒血流显像超声进行诊断,比较两组诊断准确率、检查结果。结果:研究组诊断准确率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组检测结果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:流产后继发绒毛膜癌诊断中,彩色多普勒血流显像超声的效果显著,应当在临床上广泛推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of color doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of secondary choriocarcinoma after abortion.Methods:60 patients with postpartum secondary choriocarcinoma admitted to a hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was diagnosed with human chorionic gonadotropin test scheme,and the study group was diagnosed with color doppler flow imaging ultrasound on the basis of the control group.The diagnostic accuracy and examination results were compared between the two groups.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The test results in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of secondary choriocarcinoma after abortion,color doppler flow imaging ultrasound has a significant effect and should be widely used in clinical practice.
