IVF-ET与自然受孕双胎妊娠分娩方式及新生儿结局分析

Analysis of IVF-ET and Natural Conception of Twin Pregnancy Delivery Modes and Neonatal Outcomes

目的:探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)与自然受孕双胎妊娠分娩方式及新生儿结局。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月~2019年12月在某院分娩的122例双胎妊娠产妇临床资料,根据受孕方式的不同分为IVF-ET组(IVF-ET,60例)和自然组(自然受孕,62例),对比两组分娩方式及新生儿结局。结果:IVF-ET组的剖宫产发生率高于自然组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IVF-ET组新生儿低血糖、新生儿感染及低出生体重的发生率高于自然组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IVF-ET组产妇并发症发生率高于自然组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IVF-ET助孕的双胎妊娠产妇的剖宫产发生率较高,且新生儿结局较差,建议临床上应加强对IVF-ET术后双胎妊娠产妇的产前检查及监护。

Objective:To investigate the IVF-ET and natural pregnancy twin delivery modes and neonatal outcomes.Methods:The clinical data of 122 cases of twin pregnant women who were delivered in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into IVF-ET group(IVF-ET,60 cases)and natural group(natural conception,62 cases)according to different pregnancy methods.comparing,then the delivery methods and neonatal outcomes in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of cesarean section in IVF-ET group was higher than that in natural group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of hypoglycemia,neonatal infection and low birth weight in IVF-ET group was higher than that in natural group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of maternal complications in the IVF-ET group was higher than that in the natural group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of cesarean section in twin pregnant women with IVF-ET assisted pregnancy is high,and the neonatal outcome is poor.It is recommended to strengthen the prenatal examination and monitoring of twin pregnant women after IVF-ET.
