摘要
目的:研究三维超声成像诊断胎儿颜面部畸形及影响成像的因素。方法:选取某院48例怀疑胎儿颜面部畸形的孕妇作为研究对象,均行三维超声成像检查,以引产或分娩后结果作为标准,统计三维超声成像诊断符合率,分析影响成像因素。结果:48例怀疑胎儿颜面部畸形的孕妇,其中21例在本院引产或分娩后证实为颜面部畸形,三维超声成像诊断符合率为90.48%(19/21)。结论:三维超声成像应用于胎儿颜面部畸形诊断中具有高符合率,仪器分辨率、孕周、胎儿方位姿势、胎儿面部前方情况及操作医师熟练程度等因素影响成像质量,临床需重视并预防。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in fetal facial deformities and the factors affecting the imaging.Methods:48 pregnant women suspected of fetal facial deformity in a hospital were selected as the research objects.All of them were examined by three-dimensional ultrasound imaging.The diagnostic accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging was counted and the influencing factors were analyzed according to the results after induced labor or delivery.Results:Of the 48 pregnant women suspected of fetal facial deformity,21 were confirmed as facial deformity after induced labor or delivery.The diagnostic accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging was 90.48%(19/21).Conclusion:Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging has a high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of fetal facial deformities.The factors such as instrument resolution,gestational age,fetal orientation and posture,fetal facial anterior condition and the proficiency of the operator affect the imaging quality,which should be paid attention to and prevented in clinic.
