谷胱甘肽片治疗重症肝病期内肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效及肝功能分析

Efficacy and Liver Function Analysis of Glutathione Tablets in the Treatment of Intrahepatic Cholestasis in Patients with Severe Hepatopathy

目的:采用谷胱甘肽片对重症肝病期内肝内胆汁淤积症患者进行治疗,观察其临床疗效与对患者肝功能的影响。方法:选取某院在2017年1月~2018年12月之间收治的重症肝病期内肝内胆汁淤积症患者作为研究对象,采用双色球法将其分成对照组与观察组各15例,所有患者均给予常规处理,在其基础上对照组患者给予熊去氧胆酸治疗,观察组患者则在对照组治疗方案基础上,加用谷胱甘肽片治疗,治疗后比较两组患者的临床疗效、各项临床指标与安全性。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率86.7%明显高于对照组为53.3%,组间数据对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者各项肝功能指标均优于对照组,组间数据对比差异显著(P<0.05);所有患者在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应,无过敏、皮疹及心、肝、肾等毒副反应发生。结论:谷胱甘肽片用于治疗重症肝病期内肝内胆汁淤积症患者,可有效提升患者的临床疗效,改善患者肝功能指标,并且具有较高的安全性,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of glutathione tablets in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis during the period of severe hepatopathy and its effect on liver function.Methods:The patients with severe intrahepatic cholestasis in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group(n=15)and observation group(n=15)by two-color ball method.All patients were given routine treatment,on the basis of which the patients in the control group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid,and the patients in the observation group were treated with glutathione tablets based on the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,clinical indexes and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.7%vs 53.3%,P<0.05).The liver function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions,no allergies,skin rash and toxic side effects such as heart,liver,kidney and so on in all patients during the treatment.Conclusion:Glutathione tablets in the treatment of Intrahepatic cholestasis in patients with severe Hepatopathy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and liver function index of the patients,with high safety,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
