倍他司汀用于慢性脑供血不足治疗中的效果及对患者脑血流动力学与心功能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Betastatin in the Treatment of Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency and Its Effect on Cerebral Hemodynamics and Cardiac Function

摘要 目的:探究慢性脑供血不足患者接受倍他司汀治疗对其脑血流动力学与心功能的影响。方法:将2018年6月~2019年6月100例慢性脑供血不足患者,以简单随机化法分组,对照组丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗,实验组倍他司汀静脉滴注治疗,分析两组慢性脑供血不足患者治疗的结果。结果:实验组慢性脑供血不足患者的总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的总有效率72.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗后红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、血浆黏度均低于治疗前(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);实验组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性脑供血不足患者接受倍他司汀治疗,能有效改善其脑血流动力学以及心功能,促进其预后的改善。 Objective:To investigate the effect of betastatin on cerebral hemodynamics and cardiac function in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency.Methods:100 patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency treated in a hospital from June,2018 to June,2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with intravenous injection of salvia miltiorrhiza and the experimental group was treated with betastatin.The results of treatment in the two groups of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(72.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit and the plasma viscosity were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte aggregation index and hematocrit in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The LVEDD,LVESD levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Betastatin treatment can effectively improve cerebral hemodynamics and cardiac function in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency and improve their prognosis.
