养心益气汤联合西药对心衰患者BNP含量和心功能的影响探究

Effect of Yangxin Yiqi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on BNP Content and Cardiac Function in Patients with Heart Failure

目的:探究养心益气汤联合西药对改善心衰患者BNP含量与心功能的联合应用价值。方法:随机选择80例从2016年1月~2019年1月于某院心血管科接受诊治的心衰患者纳为本次实验研究对象,并根据临床治疗方案的不同将其分别分为相对应的两组进行差异性治疗(一般组:常规西药;研究组:常规西药+养心益气汤),而后由参与本次研究的临床观察小组对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的BNP含量变化情况与心功能指标变化情况。结果:综合分析研究结果可知,研究组患者在上述一系列临床相关指标中均优于一般组患者,且两者相关数据差异均具备统计学性质(P<0.05)。其中,研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率为92.50%,一般组患者的临床治疗总有效率为75.00%。结论:在采用美托洛尔等常规西药对心衰患者进行单一性治疗的同时加用养心益气汤可在显著改善和强化其BNP含量与心功能的基础上进一步提高临床疗效,值得临床大力借鉴与推广。

Objective:To explore the value of Yangxin Yiqi decoction and western medicine in improving the BNP content and cardiac function in patients with heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with heart failure who were treated in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to different clinical treatment plans.The two groups were treated differently(general group:conventional western medicine;study group:conventional western medicine+Yangxin Yiqi decoction),and then the clinical efficacy,BNP content changes before and after treatment,and the changes of cardiac function indicators in the two groups were compared.Results:The results of comprehensive analysis showed that the patients in the study group were superior to the general group in the above-mentioned series of clinically relevant indicators,and the difference of correlation data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 92.50%,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the general group was 75.00%.Conclusion:A simple treatment with metoprolol and other conventional western medicine in patients with heart failure,combined with Yangxin Yiqi decoction,can further improve the clinical efficacy on the basis of significantly improving and strengthening its BNP content and cardiac function,whihc is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
