来曲唑联合拔罐减重对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者排卵情况及妊娠率的影响

Effects of Letrozole Combined with Cupping Weight Loss on Ovulation and Pregnancy Rate in Patients with Infertility with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:观察来曲唑联合拔罐减重对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者排卵情况及妊娠率的影响。方法:选取2017年3月~2018年2月某院收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者82例为研究对象,按照随机双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组给予来曲唑治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合拔罐减重干预,观察两组排卵、子宫内膜厚度、最大卵泡直径、成熟卵泡个数及妊娠结局情况。结果:对照组排卵数、卵泡生长时间、优势卵泡个数均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组子宫内膜厚度及成熟卵泡个数低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组妊娠率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑联合拔罐减重可有效促进多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者排卵,改善子宫内膜厚度,提高患者妊娠率。

Objective:To observe the effect of letrozole combined with cupping weight loss on ovulation and pregnancy rate in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Eighty-two cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in a hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups according to random double-blind met hod,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole.On this basis,the observation group was combined with cupping and weight loss intervention.The ovulation,endometrial thickness,maximum follicle diameter,the number of mature follicles and the pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were observed.Results:The ovulation number,follicular growth time and the number of dominant follicles in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The endometrial thickness and the number of mature follicles in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The pregnancy rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Letrozole combined with cupping weight loss can effectively promote ovulation in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,improve endometrial thickness,and increase pregnancy rate.
