个体化围手术期护理对腹腔镜下宫外孕手术患者的效果

Effect of Individualized Perioperative Nursing on Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Extrauterine Pregnancy Surgery

目的:对个性化围手术期护理在腹腔镜下宫外孕手术患者中的应用效果进行分析。方法:将2018年1月~2019年4月在某院实施腹腔镜下宫外孕手术的80例患者作为此次研究对象,根据随机分组的形式将其分为对照组(常规护理)与研究组(个体化围手术期护理),对比两组患者护理效果。结果:对照组患者总并发症发生率25.0%与研究组患者总并发症发生率7.5%比较,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理总满意度97.5%高于对照组80.0%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下宫外孕手术患者实施个体化围手术期护理降低了并发症的发生,并提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,利于术后恢复,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of personalized perioperative nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy.Methods:80 patients who underwent laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery in a hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control group(routine nursing)and research group(individualized perioperative nursing)according to the form of randomized grouping.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total complication rate of the research group was 25.0%and that of the control group was 7.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was 97.5%,wihch was higher than that in the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized perioperative nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy can reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work,which is conducive to postoperative recovery,and is worthy of promotion.
