摘要
组织认同是探究图书馆员对组织支持态度和行为的重要视角,为检验个体与组织特征对图书馆员组织认同的影响,文章选取全国范围内407名图书馆员进行问卷调查。SPSS分析结果表明,在个体特征方面,性别、学历、收入、专业背景、出生年代、编制、职称、行业经历、受培训频率等对图书馆员组织认同均没有产生显著影响,而职务、进馆年限对图书馆员组织认同的影响显著;在组织特征方面,组织规模对图书馆员组织认同有显著影响,而组织类型对图书馆员的组织认同不产生显著影响。
Organizational identification is an important perspective to explore librarians5 attitudes and behavior towards organizational support.The effects of individual and organizational factors on librarians5 organizational identification are explored based on a survey of 407 librarians from China.Through SPSS,the authors find that gender,education,income level,professional background,generation,affiliation,positional titles,vocation experience and training frequency have no significant impact on librarians5 organizational identification.However,the position in an organization and the length of employment have a great impact on librarians5 organizational identification.Whafs more,organizational scale influences librarians5 organizational identification,while organizational type has no significant impact.
