共建共享图书馆服务效益实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Ben efits of Co-constructed and Shared Library

共建共享图书馆是我国公共文化事业发展中的一种模式,服务效益的实证研究对于判断共建共享目标实现程度以及指导未来发展规划具有重要意义。本文运用内容分析法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法展开研究,对目前我国共建共享图书馆的整体运行现状进行归纳,结合共建共享图书馆服务特点引入价值工程原理、项目后评价理论、经济效益计算方法等理论,构建共建共享图书馆服务效益评价指标,并选取中部某省两所具有代表性的共建共享图书馆A馆和E馆,依据所设计的评价指标,对两所共建共享图书馆的服务效益进行实证研究,探究共建模式下影响图书馆服务效益的主要因素。

Co-construction and sharing of libraries is a model in the development of China's public cultural undertakings.Empirical research on service benefits is of great significance for judging the degree of co-construction and sharing goals and guiding future development planning.This article uses the content analysis method,questionnaire survey method and expert interview method to conduct research,and summarizes the current overall operating status of the co-constructed shared library in China.Based on the service characteristics of the co-constructed shared library,it introduces the principles of value engineering,post-project evaluation theory,economics benefits calculation methods and other theories,construct the service evaluation index of co-constructed and shared libraries,and select two representative co-constructed and shared libraries in a central province,Halls A and B.According to the designed evaluation indicators,The empirical study of the service benefits of co-constructed and shared libraries is conducted to explore the main factors that affect the service benefits of libraries under the mode of co-construction.
