浙江省公共图书馆藏书剔除工作的现状及对策研究

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Collection Weeding in Public Libraries in Zhejiang

藏书剔除工作是图书馆的一项基础性业务工作,也是当前图书馆面临的一项紧迫性工作。文章通过对浙江省各公共图书馆藏书剔除工作的开展情况进行调查及梳理,发现省内大多数公共图书馆都制定有规范的藏书剔除制度,受到缺乏可具操作性的工作方法及外部政策环境的制约因素影响,实际执行不尽如人意。文章提出了3条对策:提高认识,将藏书剔除工作常态化;完善藏书剔除制度设计,使藏书剔除工作规范化;建立省域范围内的文献资源流通共享体系。

Collection weeding is a basic Work of Library,also an urgent work faced by library at present.This paper,after investigating the collection weeding in public libraries in Zhejiang Province,shows that although there are different rules of collection weeding in most libraries in our Province,they are lack of feasible mechanism and policy constraints from outside environment.Therefore,this paper offers three suggestions:making collection weeding a daily routine,improving the rules to make the work more standardized and establishing a resource sharing system in Zhejiang.
