摘要
结合近年来江苏省大型灌区续建配套与节水改造工程建设、检查、稽察和验收情况,全面梳理全省大型灌区生态工程建设管理情况,论证灌区在生态建设中的成效,分析灌区在生态建设中存在的问题,最后针对问题提出了大型灌区生态建设持续发展的对策,这对推进全省大型灌区未来发展有着重要意义。
Combining with the construction,inspection,review and acceptance of large-scale irrigation areas in Jiangsu Province in recent years,the ecological construction status of the provincial large-scale irrigation areas was comprehensive sorted out,the effect of irrigation areas in ecological construction was demonstrated,the problems existing in the ecological construction were analyzed.Finally,the large-scale irrigation areas sustainable development countermeasures of ecological construction were proposed,which was of great significance to promote the future development of large-scale irrigation areas in the whole province.
